Q: Which areas do you provide your services to? 

Our business is based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, NSW. However, we operate within a 10km radius of Maroubra.

Q: Are the chemicals you use safe?

Our commercial solutions contain sodium hypochlorite, which is powerful but safe when used with care. Our technicians will ensure that our solutions are used properly, effectively and used in a safe manner.

Q:  After your service, will any mould grow back?

The mould has grown in your property due to a particular reason. If this underlying issue is not properly addressed, then there is a possibility that the mould can grow back over time. However, our service will ensure that the mould is killed, and the area has been completely sanitised. We also use a secondary solution which adjusts the PH levels of the applied surface to reduce the likelihood of the regrowth of mould. 

Q:  What can I do to prevent mould from growing in my property?

There are many reasons as to why mould grows in your property. These reasons range from:

- A lack of/ poor use of ventilation in the affected area. 

- Moisture build up.

- Water damage/ leaks in your property. 

- Condensation. 

- Dampness. Mould can even grow if an area is damp for 24 hours.

To prevent these issues from occurring, ensure there is ample air flow and ventilation in your room. If your room gets extremely hot or cold during particular times of the year, consider purchasing a dehumidifier to reduce moisture in your room. If mould continues to grow, reach out to a professional to inspect the exterior of your home for leaks etc. 

Q:  How much will it cost to remove the mould in my bedroom?​​
